Dissertation Survey - Partnering/Framework Agreements during times of recession

Hi there,

I am a final year QS student at Glasgow Caledonian University undertaking my dissertation research on the topic of Partnering/Framework Agreements and their value for money particularly during times of recession.

Unfortunately have no contacts or experience in the industry to date and would most grateful to anyone who has a view on this subject and around 5mins of time or so to complete this survey.

I have just looked at the other person’s recent post regarding this subject and can see that questions they have asked are quite different from the approach that I have taken, as mine is more of a general look at this area of procurement and not specific to any project.
